CARPET

• Pre-treat all stains and traffic lanes.
• Remove as much gum as possible without damaging the fiber.
• Rotary shampoo any problem areas to loosen embedded soil and stains.
• Clean all carpet (including problem areas) using the extraction
  method.

 

VINYL TILE/AMTICO TILE

Scrub & Re-Coat:

• Machine scrub with Neutral PH Cleaner.
• Apply one coat of floor finish.

Strip, Seal and Finish:

• Dry mop, Sweep or vacuum.
• Machine scrub with approved MSDS stripper solution.
• Apply sealer coat and several top coats of finish.

 

MARBLE FLOORING

• Dry mop floor.
• Remove any gum/price stickers or other objects.
• Machine scrub with Neutral PH Cleaner and full clean rinse.

 

WOOD FLOORING

• Dry mop floor/and static mop (picks up dust bunnies).
• Remove any gum/price stickers or other objects.
• Clean and buff with approved MSDS spray buff cleaner, or
• Machine Scrub, and apply Approved floor finish.

 

CERAMIC TILE

• Dry mop floor.
• Remove any gum/price stickers or other objects.
• Machine scrub with Neutral PH Cleaner and full clean rinse.
