Our cleaning systems and methods are enhanced over our competition in that most equipment utilized functions with a minimum number of cleaning personnel.     Equis Services provides every retail customer with a centralized national executive headquarters. At headquarters, every retail store cleaned by Equis is logged into our computer system where all information is stored and analyzed on a monthly basis. Information on retail stores starts with a preliminary evaluation, and a careful record is made of the square footage of the floor area to be cleaned. A case history is kept on every store to help correlate past treatment with present conditions, and to help keep track of particular troubled spots.

    Unlike most other maintenance services, Equis does not believe that every customer wants or even needs the same service on a national level, which is the reason we do not follow any pre-set cleaning program to which all retailers must conform. Instead, Equis has fully customized procedures to fit the exacting needs of a variety of retail operations.  Equis employs over 1000 individuals and companies in the Continental United States including Hawaii. We also have industry contacts internationally in Puerto Rico where Equis has recently added retail maintenance service.

    We at Equis are fully aware that emergencies can and will arise at the most undesirable time. Our executive office hours of operation are 7:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time with special contacts to customer service during Pacific Standard Time as well. Emergency service is provided 24 hours per day at an additional charge as needed. Equis personnel will do all that is within our power to assist in the timely resolution of all emergencies.
